Common questions
What counts as a "pickup"?
Each reservation counts as one pickup, even if you batch several into a single cart-style run. So a Saturday loop with 3 stops = 3 pickups. Most casual neighbors stay well under 10 a month.
What happens when I hit the free cap?
You can keep browsing, follow growers, RSVP to meetups — all of that stays free. To reserve another pickup that month, join Plus or wait until the next calendar month resets your free 10.
Why is the club always free for growers?
The club only works if there's something to share. Growers carry the supply side, so they get unlimited everything — and once you've posted 5 listings and completed your first pickup as a grower, Plus perks (alerts, early access, supporter badge) unlock automatically.
Do growers earn money?
Not in v1. Listings are free or donation-only; growers handle donations directly with the people picking up.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Plus stays active through the end of your billing period, then you drop back to the free tier with your monthly free pickups.
